Daniel T. Sullivan

Founder & Managing Attorney

With over 30 years of litigation experience, Daniel T. Sullivan provides steady, commanding representation for clients facing the most difficult chapters of their lives. A veteran of the South Carolina courts, he approaches every case with strategic precision and unwavering advocacy.

Mr. Sullivan earned his undergraduate degree in business finance from the College of William & Mary in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993. Today, he focuses his practice on family law, military divorce, criminal defense, and personal injury, serving clients throughout the Midlands and surrounding communities. He has served as a mediator and has lectured at Family Court CLE classes, sharing his courtroom experience with fellow attorneys. His reputation for ethical, effective advocacy has earned him the AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethical standards, as judged by his peers.
